Our clients are present on all major platforms, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, Holidu, Expedia, etc.

Reception and seeing off guests

Upon the arrival of the guests, we take care of the timely registration to the competent tourist office via e-visitor (within 24 hours of the guest’s arrival).

We are also here for all questions and doubts that guests may have before arrival and during their stay. We want to provide you and your guests with a high level of professionalism, so we are available to them via whatsapp.a and email 24 hours a day.

We make sure that your guests feel comfortable and carefree while staying in your accommodation unit. We also give you security, with full support, making sure that guests are welcomed in a neat accommodation unit, but also have a pleasant seeing off while you get an inspection of the accommodation unit at the end of their stay.

Cleaning, linens and towels

After seeing off the guests we inspect the accommodation unit and our cleaning team goes into action, we bring bed linen and towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, replace sponges and all other consumables, so that the accommodation unit is ready for the next guests.

Cleaning includes all rooms, terraces and/or balconies, as well as garbage removal.

We will make sure that with each change of guests, the accommodation unit looks exactly as it did when taking over the accommodation unit at the beginning of the rental.

We use ecological products when cleaning, respecting both health standards and care for the environment. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, as well as bathroom rugs are washed, stored and delivered to your accommodation unit according to the highest hygiene standards.

A fragrant and cleaned accommodation unit is a balm for the eyes of the guests and for us who welcome the guests and proudly present the accommodation unit in the best light.

Handyman

We are also at your disposal for quick resolution and repair of malfunctions that may occur during the guest’s stay. With this, we guarantee you a quick solution to problems that could damage your accommodation unit, but we give the security of your guests to relax and enjoy their vacation without inconvenience.

You will be notified immediately of any malfunction reported by guests.
